IAF Women Recruitment 2014 - Indian Air Force Commissioned Officer posts
Indian Air Force invites applications from Spirited and Dynamic Female Indian Citizens for 46 SSC Course Commencing in January 2015 for grant of Short Service Commission in Meteorology Branch. IAF invites women candidates to join IAF asCommissioned Officers post. Interested Candidates may send their application on or before 21st March, 2014. More details are mentioned below.
IAF Women Recruitment 2014 Details :
Name of Posts : Commissioned Officers In Meteorology Branch.
Eligibility Criteria :
Educational Qualification : Candidates should have done Post Graduate Degree in relevant Stream with minimum of 50% marks in aggregate of all papers put together.
Age limit : Candidates age should be between 20 years to 25 years as on 01.01.2015 i.e born in between 02nd January 1990 to 01st January 1995. Relaxation in upper age limit up to 27 years.(i.e born in between 02 January 1988 to 01 January 1995) for candidates who have completed Ph.D.
Physical Measurements : Height : 152 cms with correlated weight.
Pay Scale : Rs. 15,600 - 39,100 /- along with Grade Pay.
Emoluments : Rs. 57,880/-.
Selection Process : Candidates who are short-listed will be called for Testing at one one of the Air Force Selection Board. The Testing would consists of 2 stages as given below.
1. Stage I : Intelligence Test.
2. Stage II : Psychological Test, Group Tests and Interview
How to Apply : Candidates are first required to Download the Application form from the link given below, then complete the application in all respects and forward the same along with along with zerox copies of all relevant documents / certificates, recent photograph affixed in an envelope containing a self addressed envelope with Rs. 27/- postal stamp pasted on it.
The application cover should be super scribed with ‘Application for Meteorological Branch Courses Commencing from January 2015’ and must be addressed to- ‘Post Bag No. 001, Nirman Bhawan Post Office, New Delhi – 110 106’ by ordinary post only.
