- Circle Inspector & Equivalent Grades: 127 posts
- Female Health Worker (A.N.M.): 3930 posts

Eligibility Criteria:
Age Limit: Age limitation is not similar for every post. Age relaxation is applicable and it will be calculated as on 01-08-2013. Check out the Age limit which is given as follows.
- For AMIN Posts: Candidates age should be between 18 years to 37 years.
- For Circle Inspector Posts: No age limitations for this vacancy.
- For ANM and Hostess Posts: Candidates age should be between 21 years to 37 years.
Educational Qualifications: Candidates must possess the following qualification for above mentioned openings in Bihar.
- For Amin posts: Intermediate/12th Class passed.
- For Circle Inspector & Equivalent Grades Posts: Graduate Degree or its equivalent.
- For Female Health Worker & Hostess Posts: Diploma in Nursing and Should be registered as 'A' Grade Nurse & Midwifery with a state Nursing council.
Application Fee: General candidates are required to pay Rs. 375/- while SC/ ST and other reserved category candidates will have to pay Rs. 100 as application fee.
Application fee should be paid through Bank Challan deposited into any branch of State Bank of India (SBI).
Pay Scale: Following salary as well as Grade Pay will be given.
- For Amin Posts: Rs. 5200 - 20,200 + Grade Pay of Rs. 2000/-.
- For Circle Inspector & Equivalent Grades: Rs. 9300 - 34,800 + Grade Pay of Rs. 4200/-.
- For Female Health Worker: Rs. 5200 - 20,200 + Grade Pay of Rs. 2400/-.
- For Hostess: Rs. 9300 - Rs. 34,800 + Grade Pay of Rs. 4600/-.
Selection Process: Selections of candidates will be made on the basis of their marks obtained in written examination. Based on the marks, a Merit List will be issued for the selection.
Online Application Form: All those candidates who wish to apply for Amin, Circle Inspector, ANM and Hostess posts in Bihar Revenue Department and Bihar Health Department through Bihar Staff Selection Commission (BSSC), they are required to apply through online mode on its official website at www.online.bsscpatna.com on or before 22nd March 2014.
How to Apply Online: Before start applying online, make sure candidates have valid e-Mail ID, scanned copy of photographs, signature.
- Log on to official website at www.online.bsscpatna.com or www.bssc.bih.nic.in.
- Now click on Apply Online link.
- Select the post you want to apply for.
- Fill all the marked details and submit your application form.
- Now Download SBI Bank challan form.
- Make payment through as mentioned above and revisit the website and this time select the Login link.
- Fill all details including fee payment details, check once for errors and submit the online application.
- Then candidates will get message as Transaction ID Updated Successfully.
- At last, take print out of application form and retain it for further use.
