Eligibility Criteria:
Age Limit: Candidates age should be between 18 years to 30 years. Age limitation is not similar for all posts. Candidates are required to go through the notification page for complete age limitations details.
Educational Qualifications: Candidates must possess the qualification of Bachelor’s degree in Botany or Forestry or Horticulture or Zoology or Physics or Chemistry or Mathematics or Statistics or Geology or Agriculture as a subject or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with Chemical or Mechanical or Civil Engineering for Post Section Officers post, Passed in Intermediate examination for Post Beat Officers post, Passed in 10th Class for Assistant, Thanadars and Watcher posts and possess trade certificate of draftsman (Civil) trade i.e., I.T.I in the state or its equivalent examination for Technical Assistant posts.
Application Fee: General candidates are required to pay Rs. 300/- while SC/ ST and other reserved category candidates will have to pay Rs. 150 as application fee.
Application fee should be paid through Credit Card/ Debit Card or go to Mee-Seva/ AP Online Centers and make the fee after furnishing details of name, community, educational qualification and physical measurements.
Selection Process: Selections of candidates will be made on the basis of their performance in Physical Measurements test, Written examination, Certificate verification and Medical examination.
Online Application Form: All those candidates who wish to apply for Forest Officers (FSO, FBO & ABO) posts in Andhra Pradesh Forest Department, they are required to apply through online mode on its official website at www.forest.ap.nic.in and www.apfdrt.org on or before 3rd March 2014.
How to Apply Online: Before start applying online, make sure candidates have valid e-Mail ID, scanned copy of photographs, signature, community certificate, S.S.C certificate, Physical Measurement certificate.
- Visit official website at www.forest.ap.nic.in or www.apfdrt.org.
- Now click on Apply Online link.
- Select the post you want to apply for.
- Choose Exam Centre and fill all the details in application form. Obtain Examination ID
- Make payment through as mentioned above and revisit the website and this time select the Login link.
- Enter the User Name and password previously provided and in the following page upload the scanned photograph and signature at places provided.
- Fill all details including fee payment details, check once for errors and submit the online application.
- Then candidates will get message as Transaction ID Updated Successfully.
- At last, take print out of application form and retain it for further use.
