Qualification Records
For Constable (Technical) posts candidates should have completed 12th class.
Applicants should be passed 6th class for Follower’s and GD constable posts and
For Driver Posts applicants must be possessed matriculation.
Age Limitation
Contender’s age must be between 18th years to 22nd years as on 01st March, 2014. Upper age relaxation will be given as per the government rules.
Selection Process
will be selected on the basis on:
Physical Measurement
Physical Efficiency/Endurance Test (PET)
Written Examination
Skill Test (For Drivers and Followers)
Viva-voce
Salary structure
For followers: pay band of Rs. 5200 – 20200 + grade pay of Rs.2200/-
For others: Pay band of Rs. 5200 – 20200 + grade pay of Rs. 2400/-
Apply Process
Candidates may obtain prescribed application forms from the office of the Commandant/3rdIRBn, PHQ, Gangtok and the office of District SsP (North/South/West) on production of Bank (SBS) Receipt for Rs. 70/= under revenue head 0055-Police-800 other receipts. It must be obtained on or before the last date to apply.
