Application fee for General Category Candidates is Rs. 500 Only. for BC/EBC Candidates is Rs. 300
and for the SC/ST Candidates the fee is only Rs. 200 . The fee is to be paid in the form of Demand Draft (DD).

- For E.C.G. Technician : The candidates must have completed 12th and having diploma in ECG
- For ECHO Technician : The candidates must have passed 12th with 2 years degree in medical for echo technician from recognized university / institute / college.
